Service was excellent. Staff is warm and welcoming.

Decor was overdone and not to my taste. The hotel lacks a swimming pool, lap pool, and whirlpool.

The hotel's decor is rather overdone, but still it exudes class. Our room was clean and comfortable with a good sized bathroom. Service is excellent; staff was very friendly and accommodating. We used the equipment in the fitness room, but lamented the lack of any kind of swimming pool or lap pool and whirlpool. Complimentary coffee and tea in the a.m. in the living room and wine served there in the late afternoon were nice touches. Easy walk to the T and walkway along the river are pluses. ...read more

Music continued late at the night.

The hotel is lovely, staff was friendly, parking was reasonable. It is attached to a mall with many breakfast options. My only complaint is there was no pool and our room was right above the bar or party room, and there was loud music until very late at night. ...read more
